Vicky Deligeorgi (PhD,MSc,DDS), Dental Surgeon, specialized in Cosmetic and Restorative

Dr. Vicky Deligeorgi, founder of DENTAL PEARLS, is one of the most experienced dentists in Cosmetic Dentistry in Athens. Via a scholarship from the Greek State Scholarship Foundation, she was trained at Manchester University, Great Britain, from where she graduated with an Msc in Restorative Dentistry (1997). She completed her research and graduated with a PhD (2003) from the same University, under the supervision of distinguished Professor Sir Nairn HF Wilson. She worked as a clinical teacher at the department of Restorative Dentistry, University of Mancheste, UK, between 1998 and 2001. Her papers have been published in international scientific journals and presented in congresses and conferences.
In 2003 she turned her attention to aesthetic/cosmetic dentistry. Always at the cutting edge of developments, in 2005 and 2006 she attended the special program for the Smile Design technique, entitled “The Aesthetic Advantage hands – on Aesthetic Continuum”, at the University of New York. In 2005 she extended her knowledge in facial aesthetics by participating in the hands-on program ran by the “Bob Khanna” Institute in London for the elimination of facial wrinkles through the use of hyaluronic acid and botulinum toxin type A (Botox®).
In 2009-2010 she participated in the hands-on program “From TMJ to Smile Design”, at the Dawson Academy, Florida, U.S.A. After 12 years of studying and working abroad  she returned to Athens and opened her own practice DENTAL PEARLS in 2009. She has created many bright smiles with the method of Smile Design, and in November 2008, she won the 2nd prize in the “Best Smile Makeover” category, in the Private Dentistry Awards competition, in the UK. She has been an active member of BACD (British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry) and IAAFA (International Academy of Aesthetic Facial Academics).
